～参加するとき心がけたいこと～


JLAP心得

  1. 「ボランティアしてあげている」という気持ちではなく、互いに親善を深めるために集まっているということを忘れないようにしましょう。
  2. 日本語会話練習の時間内は、日本語で会話をするようにしましょう。自分の外国語レッスンの場ではありません。
  3. 本会では内外に関わらず、社会的地位、学歴、職歴、信条、性別、国籍、宗教などに起因する一切の差別を認めません。
  4. 参加者間での連絡先等の個人情報交換に関してはご遠慮ください。万が一自己判断で連絡先交換などをした場合は、その後も自己責任で対応していただきますのであらかじめご了承ください。
  5. 本会において、政治・宗教活動はご遠慮願います。 また会話練習中も政治・宗教に関する話はしないようにしましょう。
  6. 本会における、金銭貸借、商業・物品売買等の営利活動、外部有料サークルの宣伝・引込、ナンパ等すべての勧誘行為を禁止します。
  7. 周囲の人々に迷惑となる行為や、不快に感じることはしないようにしましょう。
  8. 日本語の不慣れな関係者に対して不名誉、不快、迷惑行為を行った場合は、本人の承諾を得た後、GCIが代理人として損害賠償を請求する場合があります。
  9. 自分のできる範囲で活動し、無理をしないようにしましょう。 体調や都合の悪くなった場合には周りの仲間に相談しましょう。
  10. 自分の意見はしっかり主張し、決まったことについては、責任をもちましょう。 また約束事やミーティング等、時間は守りましょう。

JLAP Do’s and don’ts

  1. Try not to think of it as you are here to volunteer but try to remember that we are here to deepen our friendship together
  2. During Japanese conversation time, let’s try to speak Japanese. It is not a time for you to practice foreign languages
  3. We do not discriminate regarding social status, educational background, occupational career, beliefs, sex, nationality, religion, etc
  4. Please refrain from exchanging personal information such as telephone numbers etc. between GCI members. In the case you do exchange your contact information please understand that it will become your own responsibility
  5. Please refrain from any political or religious activity within GCI. Also refrain from speaking about political or religious topics during conversation time
  6. We prohibit the borrowing and lending of money, commercial activity of selling any products, advertising and any other solicitation acts
  7. Do not act inappropriately or in any way that would cause trouble to others or make them feel uncomfortable
  8. In the case you should be dishonorable, troublesome, or make members who are inexperienced with the Japanese language feel uncomfortable, GCI may ask for compensation for damages
  9. Please work at your own pace and do not overwork yourself. When you do have a problem with your schedule or condition, do not hesitate to consult other staff members
  10. Please assert your opinion and be responsible. Please be punctual and keep promises
